We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Playful Promises pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate items cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the hygiene strip has not been removed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
